Basic Setup Considerations (for more info contact)
PJD is for community & organization empowerment for more profound
service … about awakenment, community formation, engagement, and sustenance
1. Key: committed coordinator(s) & local team of 10 or more – each registers 3 = 30 participants
2. Plan minimum of 30 and maximum of 40 participants (5-7 big tables, preferably round)
3. Target sensitive and responsive persons looking for deeper context & community
4. For ages 15 to 99
5. Fee usually includes: 1 night, 4 meals & snacks, PJD notebook/mechanical pencil;

expense of Guide travel, expenses, and compensation
6. Moderately-priced venues work well
7. Partial scholarship money is catalytic
8. Computer projector for dvd's; mobile mic(s) for large spaces
